Starting state:
Key out of Ignition doors closed interior light on auto

Step 1:
Switch ignition  from off to on 8x within 10 seconds

Step 2: On the 8th time leave on
Step 3:
Within 20 seconds press any button on the remote

Step 4: Locks will cycle

Step 5:
Repeat 3-4 for subsequent remotes

Step 6: Switch ignition off

Step 7:
Locks will cycle to show programming has ended
