Starting state:
Doors closed key out of Ignition
Step 1: Open drivers door
Step 2:
Manually lock drivers door using inside button
Step 3: Switch ignition on
Step 4:
Point remote at receiver in the roof lining
Step 5:
Press and hold the lock button for 5 seconds
Step 6: Door will unlock
Step 7:
Repeat 2, 4-6 for subsequent remotes
Step 8:
Within 20 seconds switch ignition off to exit programming
